Return Policy
Returning Your Product(s)
WowGreatPrice.com and most sellers on this website offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Most items sold on WowGreatPrice.com follow our "as is" warranty policy, but if your product is truly broken upon receiving, not a user error when installing, or defective, please email us and send photos and we will take this into consideration to send you the same product within 7 days or receiving it back to our facility. Excluding the cost of our return shipping below.
Return Shipping
As long as the reason for return is not a result of a WowGreatPrice.com error, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please return through the U.S. Postal Service and the amount that will be deducted from your refund and will be the same flat rate you paid to originally to ship your product ($5.25). If you choose the self return option, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
